Minh Long Wood introduced adhesive remover to the market to satisfy the demands of cleaning the heating tank system, nozzles, glue rollers, and removing burnt residue on the burners and glue tanks in the machine system.
CLASS GC6 adhesive remover is a new addition to the company's Class product line, which also includes Class glue and PVC Edge Banding.
CLASS GC6 glue removal oil is manufactured in Thailand using a special formula that is strictly managed in accordance with Minh Long's quality standards. It is a professional adhesive remover used to clean the system of glue heating tanks, burners, glue tank walls, nozzles, and glue roller.
2. Usage of CLASS GC6 Adhesive Remover
- Hand-held Edgebander and automatic gluing machines are frequently cleaned with CLASS GC6.
- 1 glue tank requires 1.5 to 2 liters of adhesive remover on average.
- Unlike other adhesive removal solutions on the market, such as acetone, which only eliminates glue at normal temperatures and is prone to fading PVC when used continuously, GC6 may be used at high temperatures ranging 100 to 130 degrees Celsius and is extremely easy to clean. When properly cleaned at high temperatures, the glue tank saves time and heating materials for the machine system.

3. Usage CLASS GC6 adhesive remover instructions
- Step 1: Clean the tank and remove the adhesive.
- Step 2: Fill the oil tank to about a third of its capacity.
- Step 3: Preheat the oven to 110-130 degrees Celsius.
- Step 4: Soak a rag in hot oil and wipe the entire wall of the glue tank, the burner, the rollers, the nozzle, the roller, and the cutter. glue.
- Step 5: Add adhesive to the tank and heat for about 10 minutes to remove any residual oil and glue.
Recommendation: It is recommended to clean the glue tank every 3 months to prevent the adhesives burning and increasing the heating time.
